Steamed Cassava Snacks

Steps
1. Mix together cassava flour, water and salt.
2. Knead the mixture until a smooth dough is formed.
3. Divide the dough into 12 balls
4. Mix grated the grated coconut and honey together and divide into 12 portions.
5. Use the thumb to make a hole in the centre of each ball of dough. Fill each hole with the coconut / honey mixture. Smooth the dough back over the filling.
6. Steam the dough balls for 20 - 30 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
