Taro Muffins

Ingredients
milk: 1 1/4 50
margarine: 1 27
flour, roots: 2 50
egg, chicken: 2
sugar: 2 31
baking powder: 1/2 31
taro: 1 50

Steps
1. Peel, wash and boil the taro until cooked.
2. Drain, mash and measure out 1 mug mashed tarot
3. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
4. Mix all the wet ingredients together.
5. Mix both the wet and dry ingredients together. Stir lightly.
6. Pour into a greased loaf tin.
7. Brush the top of the loaf with milk
8. Bake in a hot oven ( 220?C) until golden brown. Cooking time is approximately 20 minutes.
