Steps
1. Heat the oil. Add the onions and fry until brown.
2. Add the Spice Paste and stir fry for 1 minute.
3. Add the cup of water, bring to a boil then add the fish pieces.
4. Cook till tender on a slow fire. Add salt and vinegar to taste.
