Ingredients
ghee: 200 6
flour, maize: 200 6
sugar: 500 6
coconut, milk: 1
egg, chicken, yolk: 10
nutmeg: 1/4 6

Steps
1. Mix the corn flour, sugar, and egg yolks with the coconut milk. Stir thoroughly till the sugar dissolves.
2. Add the nutmeg powder and keep aside. Heat a little ghee in a pan. Bake till brown.
3. Add another spoonful of ghee annd another cup of batter. Repeat this process till all the batter is used.
4. Turned the Bebinca upside down. Cool before serving.
