Ingredients
sugar: 220 6
coconut, milk: 400
food coloring: 4 26
salt, table: 1/2 31
screw pine, leaves: 6
agar-agar, seaweed: 30 6

Steps
1. Press agar-agar lightly to fill one cup. Boil the water and pandan leaves in a saucepan.
2. Add the agar-agar and boil until dissolved. Add sugar and continue to boil, until sugar is dissolved.
3. Add coconut milk and salt. When mixture is about to boil remove from heat. Add food color. Pour into a dish.
4. Set on a flat surface and allow to cool. Cut before serving.

Comments
Do not shake or move the tray of agar-agar until the mixture is well set.
