Sorghum Porridge

Ingredients
milk: 1 29
flour, sorghum: 1 29
water: 3 1/2 29
sugar: 2 27

Steps
1. Mix flour with 1/2 cup water.
2. Place in a covered container and let stand 24-48 hours in a warm place (for unfermented porridge this step is omitted).
3. Bring remaining water to boil and add the fermented flour.
4. Cook 10-15 minutes until smooth annd thick.
5. Add sour milk, stir, and boil for 1-2 addtional minutes (often an extra cup of water is added in step 3 and this step is omitted).
6. Sprinkle with sugar and serve hot for breakfast or lunch.
