Steps
1. Season cooked rice with soy sauce and refrigerate for 1 hour. Saute garlic and onion in corn oil.
2. Add beef liver, then chicken. Sprinkle with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Add cabbage, then rice. Stir and cook over high heat.
3. Garnish with omelet strips. Serve with sliced cabbage, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and coriander.
4. Sprinkle with fish sauce and lemon juice before serving.
