Ingredients

milk: 4 29
butter: 2 29
sugar: 200 6
cardamom: 6
cinnamon: 2 28
pepper: 4

Steps
1. Grind rice coarsely; add butter and mix thoroughly.
2. Add fresh milk gradually, stirring constantly; add rest of the spices and sugar. Keep on stirring until the mixture is like a dough.
3. Take 2 tbsp dough; flatten and shape like a pancake.
4. Drop in hot oil and cook for a minute. Drain on paper towel. Serve hot.
