Ingredients
rice: 3 29
sesame: 1 27
yoghurt, plain: 3/4 29
water: 3/4 29
sugar: 1 29
oil, cooking/salad: 1/2 29

Steps
1. Soak rice flour overnight, then steam in muslin cloth. Add sugar and some water to dissolve sugar.
2. Cover with wet cloth for 1-2 hours. Form pingpong-size balls of the mixture; press and flatten the balls.
3. More water or yoghurt can be added while forming the balls. Spread a few sesame seeds on one side of each ball.
4. Flatten into patties and drop in hot oil for frying. The side with sesame seeds should remain on top.
