Steps
1. Clean, wash, and soak rice in water for 30 mn.
2. Wash meat, add water and salt, garlic, ginger, one sliced onion, and coriander powder.
3. Bring to a boil and cook on medium heat till meat is soft.
4. Heat oil in a pan; saute 2 sliced onions on medium heat till they turn brown. Add chili powder and curry powder.
5. Sprinkle a few drops of water to avoid burning. Add meat broth.
6. As soon as the mixture starts boiling, add presoaked rice and cook on low heat until rice is done. If broth is not enough, add some hot water. Serve hot.
