Steps
1. Cut chicken, beef, ham, and bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Coat with flour and fry.
2. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion; add ham, beef, bacon and tomato paste. Stir well, cover and simmer with 1 cup water for 1 hour.
3. Add remaining water, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add chicken and rice and simmer until rice is done.
4. Add vegetables 5 minutes before removing chicken mixture from fire.
