cream, sour: 2 29
bay laurel: 1
cheese, cheddar: 2 29
cheese, cottage: 1 29

Steps
1. Cook onion in margarine until soft, but not brown; mix with rice, sour cream, cottage cheese, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Drain
2. In a large buttered casserole, spread 1/3 rice mixture, 1/3 chili, and 1/3 cheddar cheese. Repeat twice.
3. Bake uncovered for 25 mn at 325 degrees F. Garnish with parsley.
