Fried Okra with Sauce

garlic: 3

coriander: 1 31

okra: 500 6

Steps
1. Heat oil in frying pan. Add okra, turmeric powder, and salt.
2. Saute all on medium heat until okra is golden brown. Remove from fire and drain oil from okra.
3. In another pan heat oil, and saute onions till golden brown. Add garlic and tomatoes.
4. Cook for a few minutes; add 2 tbsp water and spices. Cook sauce very well.
5. Add okra, cover pan, and cook on low heat for 20 mn. Serve with any kind of bread.
