Rhamadan Vegetable Delight

Ingredients
bell, pepper: 4 54
cabbage: 250 6
cauliflower: 250 6
potatoes: 250 6
onions: 3 54
beans, green: 250 6
beef: 500 6
water: 1/2 29
pepper, black: 1/2 31
gherkin: 250 6
salt, table: 1 31
oil, cooking/salad: 1 1/2 27
tomato, concentrated: 1 27

Steps
1. Saute vegetables separately for 2-3 mn. Saute onions and tomato paste in vegetable oil; add beef and fry until beef is done.
2. Add vegetables and simmer for 2-5 mn. Add green and black pepper with a pinch of salt and some water.
3. Simmer 5 more minutes. Serve hot with bread, brown rice, or any African maize dish.
