Ingredients

sweet potatoes: 2 pounds
corn, sweet: 2
lettuce: 1
onions: 3
lemon: 10
oranges: 2
fish: 2 pounds
chillies: 3
pepper
salt
chillies, powder: 2 tablespoon

Steps

1. Clean fish; cut into cubes. Chop chili after removing seed. Put fish in a large colander and pour boiling water over the pieces.
2. Shake fish well and put in another bowl;
3. Add onion, chili, fresh chilies, lemon juice, orange juice, salt, and pepper. Cover tightly and marinate 3 hours until fish is cooked (white not transparent).
4. Serve with lettuce leaves, corn ears, and sweet potatoes.
