Ingredients

onions: 2
wheat: 1/2 cup
lemon: 1/2 cup
pepper
mint: 1/4 cup
parsley: 1 cup
salt

Steps

1. Wash parsley very well: chop fine. Put in a colander and squeeze out excess water. Spread out to dry further on paper towel.
2. Cut onions and tomatoes. Mix with parsley.
3. Soak cracked wheat in water for 3 minutes, then squeeze to remove excess water. Add salt, pepper, chopped mint, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix all very well.


Comments
Tabouli should be sour enough to give a lemon flavor.
