Steps
1. Clean and wash the rice; wash the fish.
2. Mix coconut milk with the water, bring to a boil and add the rice.
3. Place the salted fish in the midst of the rice and cook until the rice is done (about 20 minutes).
4. Place some hot charcoal on the lid of the pan and let the rice dry.
