Steps
1. Select beans, wash and bring to a boil.
2. Boil slowly until tender and water has evaporated.
3. Meanwhile prepare fish by boning and sealing as required, cut into pieces, salt and fry.
4. Wash, slice and chop onion, crayfish, tomato and pepper separately.
5. Prepare sauce with oil, salt, onion, crayfish and tomato.
6. Add fried fish and beans. Stir gently. Simmer for 10 minutes.
7. Serve with rice, yams, plantains, etc.
