Green Bananas with Meat and Beans

Steps
1. Clean and wash the beans, soak them overnight and boil in the same water for about 45 minutes.
2. Clean, wash and cut up the meat and add to the boiling beans.
3. Peel and cut up the bananas, add to the beans and meat and continue boiling for about 30 minutes.
4. Add ghee and salt, cover and boil until done (about 30 minutes).
5. Clean and cut up the tomatoes and add them 5 minutes before serving.
6. Season to taste and serve.
