Steps
1. Soak the leaves in boiling water to neutralize the bitterness.
2. Pound the leaves slightly or chop fine.
3. Add salt and boil for at least 1 hour; if not thoroughly cooked the leaves can be poisonous.
4. Cooking oil may be added.
