Mutton-Potato Stew

Steps
1. Wash and cut the mutton into pieces.
2. Boil in salted water for about 30 minutes.
3. Clean and cut up the cabbage, onion, carrots, leeks and potatoes.
4. Clean and wash the rice.
5. Add vegetables and rice to the Boiling meat and cook over a low fire for about 45 minutes.
6. Add the ghee and the margarine, and mix thoroughly but do not mash.
7. Season to taste and serve.

Comments
Use cassava, sweet potatoes, yams or green bananas instead of potatoes.
