Sweet Potato Biscuits (Cameroon)

Ingredients
sweet potatoes: 1 29
spices:
milk: 3/4 29
margarine: 3/4 29
water:
sugar: 2 27
baking powder: 2 27
flour, wheat: 1 29

Steps
1. Melt the fat and mix into the mashed sweet potato.
2. Stir in milk and sugar.
3. Sift flour and baking powder and add gradually to the mixture.
4. Knead lightly on a floured board, roll out to 1/2 cm thick.
5. Cut into fancy shapes and bake in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
6. Cool and serve.
