Steps
1. Peel and wash sweet potatoes and boil in salted water until cooked (about 20 minutes).
2. Roast and pound groundnuts.
3. Clean, wash and cut tomatoes and onions and add to the potatoes.
4. Mix the pounded groundnuts with a little water and add.
5. Stir thoroughly, cook for another 10 minutes and serve.
