Steps
1. Wash the cowpeas. Boil until soft and the water has evaporated (1 to 1h40).
2. Add salt to taste. Add dzomi to boiled cowpeas. Serve with gari.

Comments
A sauce can be used instead of oil: fry onions, tomatoes, and ground smoked shrimps in vegetable oil, add to cooked cowpeas, and serve with gari.
