Steps
1. Soak cowpeas, remove the husks, and grind them into a smooth paste.
2. Add ground onion, salt, and flour and mix well.
3. Heat the oil and extrude the mixture from a cake decorator, in strips, into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
4. Serve for cocktails or as snacks.
