Sauteed Cabbage with Shrimps

Steps
1. Blanch the whole cabbage in salt water.
2. When it becomes soft, remove and drain.
3. Press garlic and saute in hot fat.
4. When it begins to brown cut in small pieces.
5. Add shrimp cut in small pieces.
6. Flavor with nguoc-mam.
7. Add cabbge and stir well
8. Cook until cabbage becomes golden brown
9. Add salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar
10. Garnish with parsley and chopped chives
