Mixed Flour Bread

Ingredients
margarine: 1/4 27
water: 1 3/4 50
sugar: 3/4 27
flour, wheat: 3 50
salt, table: 1/4 31
yeast: 2 27
oil, cooking/salad:

Cooking Time (minutes): average (30 minutes - 2 hours)
Steps
1. Dissolve salt and sugar in water.
2. Mix the flour and yeast in the salt / sugar solution. Knead to form a soft, smooth dough.
3. Knead the margarine into the dough.
4. Mould the dough into a greased bread tin.
5. Put the bread tin in a warm place covered by a clean, damp cloth. Leave to rest until the dough has risen to double its original size.
6. Lightly spray some water on the surface of the dough.
7. Bake in a hot oven ( 200?C ) for 30 minutes.
