Sweet Potato Bread

Ingredients
sweet potatoes: 1 27
water: 1 1/2 50
sugar: 4 27
flour, wheat: 6 1/2 50
salt, table: 2 1/2 31
yeast: 1 31

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
2. Boil the water and gradually add to the dry ingredients to form a dough. Knead the dough well.
3. Blend in the finely grated sweet potato.
4. Put the dough into the bread tin.
5. Cover the dough with a damp piece of cloth and leave in a warm, dry place for 2 hours.
6. Bake in a cool oven ( 160?C ) 45 minutes.
