Sweet Potato Buns

Ingredients
sweet potatoes: 3 50
lemon: 1 31
milk: 1 50
flour, sweet potato: 2 50
baking powder: 1 1/2 31
salt, table: 1/2 31
oil, frying:

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Heat the water in a saucepan.
2. Wash, peel and slice 4 medium sized sweet potato tubers. Place sliced tubers in the hot water and cook until soft.
3. Drain off water. Place cooked tubers in a mixing bowl and mash.
4. Measure out 3 mugs of mashed sweet potato and place in a mixing bowl.
5. Add milk, flour, baking powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix into a firm dough.
6. Shape dough into egg sized pieces. Place on a greased baking tray.
7. Bake in a hot oven ( 200?C ) until cooked.
