Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Cut the pork, chicken and lobster in small equal sized squares.
2. Brown pressed cloves of garlic and shallots in hot fat.
3. Add the meat and stir until it smells good.
4. Add cooked rice and mix well.
5. Add nguoc mam, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper and remove from saucepan.
6. Beat an egg with a fork and fry in a thin flat cake on both sides.
7. Remove from pan, roll p and cut in thin strips.
8. Garnish rice with egg strips, pimento sliced thinly, and fennel leaves.
9. Just before serving add the juice of a lemon.
