Steps
1. Clean, cut into big chunks and wash the meat. Prick it with a fork. Rub in salt, vinegar, and the Spice Paste. Marinade for at least 2 hours.
2. Slice the onions, quarter the tomatoes and the potatoes.
3. Heat the ghee. Stir fry the onions and tomatoes. Add the meat, continue to stir, fry for about 2 or 4 minutes.
4. Add the dry chillies, sugar and 4 cups of hot water. Cook till the meat is tender and the water dries.
5. Slice the meat, fry the slices. Serve with boiled potatoes, French fries or salad.
