Banana Puff
Ingredients
bananas: 6
milk: 1 1/2 27
egg, chicken, yolk: 1
pepper: 1/2 31
salt, table: 1/2 31

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Peel and boil bananas. While bananas are hot, drain and mash until smooth. Put in a saucepan.
2. Add egg yolk, milk, butter. Heat over low flame until mixture is light and leaves the sides of the pan.
3. Put in a forcing bag with large rosette. Pipe individual puffs into greased baking tin. Brush with a little milk and bake in a hot oven until golden brown. Serve hot.
