Steps
1. Peel bananas and cut in half, and remove seeds and vein.
2. Cut in pieces and boil with salt and some milk, which prevents the bananas to turn black.
3. When tender, drain liquid and mix with peas, pepper, celery, hard boiled eggs, onion.
4. Add mayonnaise, olive oil or salad oil, salt and pepper.
5. Place in a salad dish and toss.
