Steps
1. In saucepan, melt butter or margarine and saute onion, almonds, and raisins until onion slices are golden.
2. Add rice, mix well. Add hot chicken broth. Place mixture in greased 6-cup casserole. Cover.
3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25-30 mn, or until all liquid is absorbed.
