Steps
1. Boil rice in milk slowly; add sugar, vanilla, and pinch of salt.
2. Dissolve gelatin in another pan; add to rice mixture. Allow to cool.
3. Mix fruit with Cointreau and arrange rice over rice mixture. Pour whipped cream on top of fruits.
