Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Wash spinach, then cut into small pieces. Saute onion, tomatoes, salt, and curry powder. Add spinach.
2. When cooked, add peanut butter or coconut milk. Cook stirring so that mixture will not stick to the cooking pot.
3. Serve with rice or ugali.
