Steps
1. Cut carrots into small pieces, slice onions, pell potatoes. Put in a large casserole.
2. Add water to cover 2/4 of the vegetables. Boil everything until tender (about 25 mn).
3. Mash all the vegetables together. Add the rest of the ingredients.
4. Serve with beef stew (hache), fried chicken, or fish fillet.
