Beans with Eggs

Ingredients
onions: 1
beans, kidney: 2 29
water: 6 29
egg, chicken: 2
curry: 1 27
salt, table:
oil, cooking/salad: 2 27

Steps
1. Clean, wash and soak the beans overnight.
2. Cook them in the same water until soft and mash, adding some of cooking water.
3. Peel and chop the onion and fry with the curry powder until light brown.
4. Beat the eggs with a little water.
5. Add the fried onion and the eggs to the mashed beans and stir well.
6. Add salt and serve.
