Beans with Leafy Vegetables

Ingredients

vegetables: 1 36
beans, kidney: 1 29
milk: 1 29
water: 5 29
ginger: 1 54

Steps
1. Clean and wash the beans and soak them overnight.
2. Cook the beans in the same water until almost done.
3. Clean and put the ginger
4. Clean and wash the rice.
5. Add rice, ginger and salt to the beans and cook over a low fire for about 20 minutes.
6. Clean the greens, chopped fine and add to mixture. Cook for 10 minutes.
7. Add milk and bring to a boil.
8. Season to taste and serve.
