Steps
1. Soak the beans overnight.
2. Cook the beans until they are soft.
3. Wash, peel and dice the sweet potato.
4. Add sweet potato to the beans with sufficient liquid just to cook the diced sweet potato.
5. Add ground onion, salt and dried fish.
6. Simmer until well cooked, stirring constantly.
7. Add palm oil and serve hot.
