Ingredients
pepper, sweet: 400 6
cowpeas: 500 6
water: 1.8 10
salt, table: 15 6

Dish Type: Side Dish

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Cook cowpeas until squashy soft (about 2 hours).
2. Stir cowpeas until they become a smooth thick paste (about 5 mn)
3. Add 5 stirring spoons of dry-fried pepper sauce and mix well. Continue heating for 3 mn.
4. Serve garnished with part of pepper sauce.
