Yakayake from Cowpeas

Ingredients
cowpeas: 280 6
water: 280

Difficulty: Easy
Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Add water to cowpea flour and beat until very light and fluffy (about 20-30 mn).
2. Fill cups or tins with paste and steam (wrapping leaves may also be used). When cooked allow to cool.
3. Crumble finely like couscous and mix with onion and tomato sauce. May also be mixed with palm oil.
