Cowpea Tea Cake

Ingredients
cowpeas: 70 6
margarine: 110 6
water: 50
egg, chicken: 2
sugar: 80 6
baking powder: 5 6
flour, wheat: 120 6
nutmeg: 5 6
salt, table: 5 6

Steps
1. Cream the margarine, sugar, and salt until frothy.
2. Break the eggs into the mixture and beat well. Add the nutmeg.
3. Mix the dry ingredients and fold into the cream mixture.
4. Fill cake tins or small cake cups and bake for 1 hour.
