Steps
1. Wash and peel the swet potatoes.
2. Slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
3. Mix the chilled water with the salt and soak the pieces in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove and pat dry with paper towels.
4. In a heavy skillet, fry the sweet potato pieces in 1-inch of medium-high hot oil for 10-12 minutes, or until they turn golden yellow.
5. Serve hot.
