Arroz blanco

Ingredients
rice: 2 1/2 29
water: 4 29
salt, table: 1 1/2 31
oil, cooking/salad: 3 27

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Rinse the rice twice in cold water. Drain.
2. In a heavy skillet, heat the oil and the salt at high temperature and add the rice. Stir constantly for 3 mn.
3. Add the water to the fried rice and mix well.
4. Cook uncovered over high heat until the water has almost absorbed. Stir once.
5. Reduce the lid and allow the rice to dry for a few mn.
6. Serve hot.
