Ingredients

coriander: 1/2 27

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Rince the rice twice in cold water. Drain.
2. Saute the onion, garlic, green pepper, coriander, and mixed greens in the cooking oil. Add the salt and the chicken bouillon cube and stir until the cube dissolves.
3. Add the rice and mix thoroughly.
4. Add the water and mix well.
5. Cook uncovered over high heat until the water has almost absorbed. Stir once.
6. Reduce the heat as low as possible, cover and simmer for 20 mn, or until the rice is fluffy and dry.
7. Serve immediately.
