Steps
1. Preheat oven 375 degrees F.
2. Cook the potatoes in the slightly salted boiling water until they are tender. Drain thoroughly.
3. Mash them while still hot until no lumps remain.
4. Add the butter gradually alternating with the hot milk, and the eggs. Add the salt and mix well.
5. Pour 1/2 the potato mixture on a greased baking dish, place an alternating layer of beef hash, and top it with the other 1/2 of the mashed potatoes.
6. Sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese.
7. Bake for 15 mn. Serve hot.
