Banana Flour

Ingredients
bananas: 20

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Peel the bananas and cut them in very thin slices.
2. Put them on a tray in the sun, turning them every half hour.
3. The thin banana slices will be dehydrated in about three (3) days with the treatment. If within 3 days the banan slices are not fully dehydrated, they must be let in the sun until they do so.
4. When very dry, put them in a blender or grind them with a rolling pin, turn into powder.
5. Store pulverized flour in plastic bags.

Comments
This flour can be used together with the common wheat flour. Can also be mixed with the babies formula (milk), it thickens the milk; use it as thick as baby likes it.
