Steps
1. Cut fresh tomatoes in thin slices and remove seeds.
2. Salt and let stand for an hour.
3. Dry them on a linen towel.
4. Cut ginger and garlic in thin strips.
5. Boil the juice of the green coconut with salt, vinegar and sugar and let cool.
6. Mix tomatoes with grilled rice pounded and sifted, the ginger and the garlic.
7. Put all this in bowl and add the coconut juice previously prepared.
8. Wait 24 hours before serving, serve with smoked or grilled fish
