Sauteed Mushrooms

Ingredients

mushrooms: 3 48
lobster: 1
shortening: 2 27

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Pound garlic and cook in hot fat.
2. When it begins to brown add pork cut in small pieces and brown.
3. Peel and wash mushrooms.
4. Add to meat and garlic in frying pan with bouillon or hot water.
5. Add gnuoc-mam, salt and pepper, a beaten egg and a pinch or sugar.
6. Garnish with chopped chives and serve very hot.
